Renowned for her innovative approach, she has spearheaded numerous award-winning programs, including the acclaimed G Diaries (ABS-CBN) and Kapamilya Konek (DZMM Teleradyo), leaving an indelible mark on the industry.
As a book author, Chan's insightful works delve into the lives of notable figures, such as the celebrated environmentalist Gina Lopez in "I Am Gina: A Life of Love and Service to the World," and her collaborative effort as a co-author for the autobiography of Ambassador Philippe Jones Lhuillier in "A Purposeful Journey of a Lifetime."
In addition to her prowess in storytelling, Chan is a gifted songwriter and composer, lending her talents to create memorable melodies for both the entertainment industry and corporate anthems. Her compositions have graced the voices of esteemed artists like Martin Nievera, Bamboo Mañalac, Sarah Geronimo & Matteo Guidecelli, Eric Santos, and Yeng Constantino, among others.

Chan began a new chapter in January 2021, as she and her husband Jerry founded I.Syoot Multimedia Production Company. Specializing in advocacy communications, this innovative company reflects Chan's commitment to leveraging media for positive social impact.
Chan collaborates with former ABS-CBN Foundation colleagues as her industrial partners -- Laura Aguila and Ema Trinidad. Together, they strive to make a difference through the power of media and communication
